Cutting Skirt Off

Since I saw a picture of Emma in A Beautiful Mess few days ago when they were posting about Sister Style, I'm sort of adoring Emma's leather skirt she paired with t-shirt, tight and black boot. BUT since I didn't own leather skirt so I went through my closet to finding a nice skirt to wear. And I found it...

It is an old piece of skirt I've worn when I entered college two years ago. I was teriblely...fat. Don't wanna talk about my body weight right now. I think I can do a little of refashioning at home.

What you will need :

- your skirt in any length you want it

- scissor (did I told you my scissor was new?)

- crayon or whatever you can find to give you little sign where to cut

Step :
1. Draw a line at your skirt using crayon (mine was silver and it has nothing to do with it), I'm using a ruler to keep my line straight.

2. Start to cut your skirt and you can cut it as short as you want. YOU'RE GOOD TO GO.

What I love about this project is I don't have to use sewing mechine since I didn't own any of those.

What do you think? Do I look like Emma already?

Hippie Sling Bag Restyle

I've been doing a restyling to my stuff lately. Restyling is simple and very easy. I'm lazy though. If I found my projects is terribely complication and very hard I won't be end up to start or even finish it. Don't get me wrong. I love trying new things. But difficult projects sound better and great too. Not this time.

I have so many things that finally becomes a junk in my room. BUT there is some things I still like and still want to wear them occasionally. And I found these hippie, classic, vintage (maybe) sling bag. It was white but now it was more to white bone or yellow. UH, no! Okay, maybe I deserve that color changing anyway, it was all my fault. So I give it a little bit cheering up style.
I realize that the flower details on the bag is only in one part of the bag. If I turn it over or maybe if I'm in rush and there is no any details on it. Maybe I could give it a little details.

Make it easy as I can and I found a peace symbol necklace. It's wooden.

The great part is the necklace has a printed on it and the other part just a plain brown wooden. I think this will be fun to make all part of the necklace can be used.
Here's a simple restyle. Because my sling bag has a holes on it make it easier to lock the necklace. Find a holes you might want to locked it, if your bag doesn't have a holes or it was a leather / tote / or just doesn't have a holes, you can perforate your bag to lock the necklace, OR you can just glue on it with any details you might want, like a faux flowers, studd. Then adjust the length you want. Once you adjusted it, lock the access so it won't come out, don't tied it too strong in case you want to readjust the length anyway.
You're done.

Simple and easy and quick. You're good to go! Now you can rock on (I don't know what I'm talking about)

Beach Hat Restyle

I'm not a beach kinda girl, after all. I don't really like going to the beach, even otherwise I enjoyed every time I went to the beach, but beach is not really my holiday destination. I prefer to go hiking or market shopping or sleeping might sound better. I'm a lazy person. Even beach is not my thing, seem like every girl has to own this thing: beach hat.

I owned these hat for sooo long, I got it back in 2009. And never been used ever since. I love the color. It's cream and has a vintage taste (I guess) too. I found these hat layed there alone in the bottom of my closet. I decide to make it a little something new wishing I will wear this hat when I go to the beach. You can also simply grab your beach hat and stick with me to do this simple restyling.

I have this sea stuff necklaces it was a gift from boyfriend when he went to the beach three years ago. This necklace is going to be my hat new bestfriend I set them into their first day now I am a match maker!

All you have to do is grab your necklaces and put the necklaces to the hat circle where your head will be and sorry guys I don't know what is it called, again. I simply put my necklaces into the hat, I think one is never enough so I add anothe layer and voila!

You're good to go. Now, the date is ready.

You can even prefer to put and add any necklaces you owned. I think these sea creatures necklaces will be fit and match to my beach hat. In case you want go to the beach with this restyled hat, and you worry about the necklaces you installed in the cap will be come off, don't worry! You can simply remove the necklaces on it and put it on your purse. Or maybe you can sew a few part of your necklaces so you don't find any loose part. But I'm happily comfortable with my unsewed beach hat. It will be so much easier if I want to change the necklace. How's that? Simple and easy. I took only about ten minutes. Summer Tank Remaking 2013

Summer is.... time for shows off. I have always think about that very often. I love wearing somethin more abit open. And what the best was: Tank Top. It is simple and not too much over for Summer. I mean even i often to wears them almost every single day.

My problem is i have way too many too Plain Jane tanks. I have some kinda an accesories for tank's collar (i dont what it is called)

Simple as that :)

Ready-To-Go Summer Back Pack 2013

Summer! Is for: vacation. And beach would be like good destination for me and boyfriend. Just took a very short beach time we went to local beach, there are no white sands, or hot life guards, or boat to sealing the sea. Just a couple rocks and a quick sunset.

I love Summer!

Did u see that? I just brought my crop top and short on my back pack. Chooose a very think ones, it will helps u to manage ur carries. And also Sunnies! Love it!
We cant go to beah without some SPF protector. But i managed my self and my face to not go to like sunny-addicted which will burns my face instantly. But i cant be kiddin about lips issue. It has to be covered by some SPF. That is why i lickin me lips using Maybelline Baby Lips and Maybelline Color Lip Balm.
I am so ready to vacation!!!
